Comet Kooks is a Campaign Frame for Blue Sky-Beam that centers on the discovery of Ultramite, a reality-altering substance found in comets around the world. While this substance grants humans supernatural abilities, it simultaneously inflicts terrible costs such as physical mutations, insanity, and violent compulsions. Players take on the roles of desperate individuals who hunt these crystals, progressively transforming from ordinary people into superhumans and eventually monstrous entities as they gain power.
